Any WebDAV-compatible client can connect using the URL above with your credentials. Popular options include Cyberduck, Mountain Duck, and built-in OS network drive mapping.
We've created a convenient wrapper around rclone that makes it easy to mount scene-ftp.com as a native drive on Windows or macOS.
For your convenience, we've embedded rclone and the required filesystem components (WinFSP for Windows and macFUSE for macOS) directly in the executable. Everything you need is in a single file.
Windows (10+ 64-bit):
macOS (10.13+):
chmod +x ./scene-ftp-mount*
/Volumes/SceneFTP
by default
Ctrl+C
in the terminal to unmount
On macOS, scene-ftp.com appears in Finder
under Locations as "SceneFTP" at
/Volumes/SceneFTP
Note: Unsigned executables may trigger security warnings. This is normal for these binaries.
Windows Users: Do not run as administrator - it will break functionality.
Use the Scene-FTP desktop client to mount the drive locally before adding it to Plex.
X: on Windows or ~/SceneFTP on
macOS/Linux).
Windows: X: macOS/Linux: ~/SceneFTP
Add a WebDAV source with credentials embedded in the URL.
https://USERNAME:[email protected]/webdav/
If your password includes special characters, URL-encode it before placing it in the WebDAV URL.
